Machine delivered with 81 sweet pots for sale at £1 each.
Sales of 81 pots of sweets = £81.00
Cost of Classic Refill Pack = £38.00 including UK mainland delivery.
Profit from sales: £43.00
If you have a machine from a local operator:
Sales of 81 pots of sweets = £81.00
Commission you receive, say: 20% = £16.20.
If you wish to use our Loan Vendor Service you must return your current vending machine to its operator and furnish a signed receipt to us. We will not deliver or install until this is completed.
What is Loan Vending?
This is the most profitable way of selling our sweets. We loan you a refurbished machine and stand for a deposit which is delivered by courier or by ourselves if you are in our area. The machine has a complimentary refill in it ready for you to start selling our sweets. You keep 100% of what you make with the machine and when you are ready to refill it you just purchase what you need from our shop, its as simple as that. There are terms and conditions to using the machine some of which are explained below that you must adhere to.
How Does Loan Vending Work?
If you are interested in loaning one of our vendors and using our sweets then contact our customer services through the contact page on our shop or call them on the number above.
You are supplied with a sweet vending machine and stand, fully stocked for a deposit, delivered to your location by courier. You then refill the machine by purchasing our products only from our website shop which are delivered by overnight courier (subject to our packing schedule - see here),or, by our team if you are in our area.
How Am I responsible?
You are fully responsible for the machine, insuring it, keeping it safe and clean. If it develops a fault we will replace and repair it then return it, for which you are responsible for the cost of the shipping. Repair of a faulty machine is not usually charged to the host however, cost of damage a repair is taken from your deposit. You can only sell Sweetlove sweets in the machine, other brands and self packed sweets are not allowed
How Do I Fill the Machine?
You purchase stock for the machine from our web shop, many people use our refill packs as they are the most cost effective way of filling vendors and usually they buy several at a time to maximise on the delivery cost. For instance why pay £7 for delivery of one pack when for the same cost you can have 4 packs delivered. Lots of other people who have loan vendors do actually buy single sleeves of items to try and then buy multi packs of the ones they find sell well, its up to you, if you want to take the time to work out what sells well in your location you can really make the vendor work well for you.
If you look at our packing schedule on the shop website you will see it is possible to get two deliveries a week if you adhere to the schedule and get your orders in on time every week so you will never run out of stock and there is absolutely no need to order huge amounts of stock however, at certain times of the year we increase our production and stock holding so if we have the items you have ordered they will be sent out earlier or straight away.
What Return Do I get?
When you use our loan vendor service you keep 100% of the money you take less purchases for refilling it from the shop, there is no rental fee or any other charges and you get your first refill pack on us delivered with the machine and stand. Just keep it safe, clean it regularly, insured and topped up with Sweetlove sweet pots, you must not use any other products from any other supplier and you cannot fill your own pots and use them.
I am In a Rural Area, Can I Have A Loan Vendor?
Absolutely, from our own experience of operating many vendors in rural areas they actually do very well once the word goes around the local children. There are only a few areas where our couriers do not deliver or, there is a surcharge for delivery we cover most areas of the UK.
